Allow access/downloading of files that were drop-boxed without having to login to DP
It would be a lot more convenient if, when we get notification that files have been uploaded to our personalized URL drop-box, we can access and download those files right then & there without having to go to DP and login. It would be great to have links right in the notification email that we can copy n paste or just forward for others (maybe non-DP users) to access. I am an acct rep for a graphics firm, and many times clients send me files that I need to forward to our technicians.

Add more filtering/grouping options for the sent files list
It would be great if on the back end I could change the way my sent files list is being organized. I might send files to three different people at one organization, but want to keep them under the same bracket (collapsible would be cool too) and another set (from another company) under another.

created a timed upload option or "watch folder" style option
As an animator / video editor, I often find myself waiting at the end of the day for a 2 hour long render to complete before I can then drag it into digital pigeon and send it.
If I could set up a send in digitaligeon, specify a directory, and specify 3 hours as a delay time. Then digital pigeon could wait 3 hours and then grab all files in that directory and send them.This would enable me to just leave for that day rather than waiting 2 hours for the render to finish so that I can send…

Allow us to make "Large Preview" a default view when sending files
We typically always send video with large preview selected, it would be good to have it set as a preference for users not accustomed to the desktop app. And it would make it faster for us to send files too (less clicks).

Allow users to choose a thumbnail for sending video files in Large Preview mode
We've noticed that sometimes the chosen thumbnail doesn't quite fit, it would make the page we send clients look much more professional if we had a little more control.

Allow the user to reorder items when sending files.
When we send multiple videos in large preview mode, it would be ideal to send in the order of our choosing so that when the client clicks on the dp link they see the file that we want them to see first. For example, we would like to order items in terms of their duration - 45" first, then 30", then 15" etc.
1 voteWe’ll do some thinking on this and see what we can come up with. As a work around you should be able to name your files in the order that you want them to appear in Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows) and then upload them to Digital Pigeon.

Clicking send before finishing filling in the details
I would love to be able to add a file and click send (have it start uploading) before I finish typing in the other details.
I always spend a couple of minutes switching to my email browser and finding the persons email to copy and paste and spend much longer typing the message to go with the upload..If I could do all this while the file uploaded it would save a lot of time :)

Deletion of files after successful download
Hello, I've only noticed the option for a minimum of 1 week and wondered if a day could be offered, or the option to delete after successful download.

add "view download link" to Pigeon Track phone app
would just make it easier to forward download links to people i don't wish to add as "official" recipients from my phone.

Short URLs?
Instead of the long cryptic URLs, could you please add support for Short URLs and custom URLs (i.e. dlpn.tv/link1, dlpn.tv/link2, etc.)?
It would also be great if you could support user definable short URLs (i.e. you can bring your own domain to Digital Pigeon to use as the short URL).

Add an option to "Show Recipients" on the Email and / or Download Link when sending files
The email addresses which we send to typically include a producer and their clients. Often a producer will often want to know if the file has been passed on to the client, not just them. So, I'm thinking that the way around this might be to allow users to "Show Recipients" in the email or download link. Would be a time saver for us and our clients!
