Emails ending up in "Updates" or "Promotional" in Gmail.

If you use Gmail and have priority inbox enabled the chances are that Digital Pigeon emails are being identified as "Promotional" or "Updates".  This may mean that you don't notice them come into your primary inbox.

While Digital Pigeon isn't able to change how Gmail classifies the email we can point you to this article describing the inbox style settings and how to "teach" Gmail what is and isn't promotional material. The gist of the article is to move emails from the "Promotional" category into your priority inbox. Gmail will ask if you want to do this for all future messages. Choosing "yes" should mean that all future messages from Digital Pigeon will end up in your "Priority" inbox.
