If you see a line through a recipients email address it means we had trouble contacting them to let them know that your files are available for download. In other words, the email ‘bounced’.
There are a number of reasons this occurs such as their email inbox is full, or you mis-typed their address – but it’s usually because there’s a typo in the email address. You can view the reason by hovering your mouse over the email address in question.
You can resolve the issue by adding a new recipient with the correct address:
- Click through to view an existing upload.
- Click 'Options > Add recipients'.
- Enter the correct recipient address.
- Click the "Add recipients' button.
