How do I access the desktop app log files

Please ensure that the Digital Pigeon application has been fully shut down before copying any of the files in the instructions below.

Mac OS X

  1. Open Finder and click the 'Go' menu.
  2. Hold down the 'option' key and you should see a 'Library' menu item appear, click 'Library' (you can now let go of the 'option' key).
  3. Find and open the 'Application Support' folder.
  4. Find and open the 'Digital Pigeon CEF' (or 'Digital Pigeon' for the old app) folder.
  5. Select all files (except the 'Cache' folder) and send them through to help@digitalpigeon.com.

Windows

  1. Open Windows Explorer and click into the 'Address Bar'.
  2. Enter "%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Digital Pigeon CEF" (or "%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Digital Pigeon" for older versions of the app) and press the enter key.
  3. Select all files (except the 'Cache' folder) and send them through to help@digitalpigeon.com.
