Access the Profile tab opening the Manage module in the Sidebar and click the Profile tab.
The Manage module's Profile tab enables you to personalise your login profile to ensure your personal branding. In this tab, you can update/configure the following sections:
Managing User Profile
The User Profile section lets you enable your own login profile. Here, you can upload your User Profile Picture using the Change Picture button. This picture will be displayed when you use your own login to interact with other users.
In the Name field, you can add/update the login name.
The Email field is disabled by default. To update your email address, click the Lock icon. An Email window will appear wherein you can enter the New Email Address and your current Password to authenticate your login before updating the email.
Note: after you click the Change button, an email will be sent to the new email address with instructions on how to complete the email change.
In the Locale field, click the drop down arrow to select the language/country of preference.
In the Time Zone field, click the drop down arrow to select your timezone.
The Default Page Design field lets you set the default design page by clicking the drop down arrow and select the preferred design.
The Password field lets you change your login password using the Change Password button. When clicked, the Update Password window will appear. In this window, you are required to enter your current password and enter the New one. After entering your new password, re-enter the new one in the Confirm New field. If you are all set, you can click the Save button to save the changes.
After updating the User Profile section, you can proceed and update the remaining sections or click Save Changes to save the updated profile information.
Managing Notifications
The Notifications section is categorised into two (2) sub-sections; the Email Me and Mobile Alert sub-sections.
The Email Me sub-section lets you specify notifications parameters wherein you will receive email notifications when the specified parameters are met.
The Mobile Alert sub-section lets you specify notification parameters wherein you will receive mobile notification through Digital Pigeon's iOS application when the specified parameters are met or performed by recipients/participants.
After updating the Notifications section, you can proceed and update the remaining section or click Save Changes to save the updated notification settings.
Managing Default Email Template
The Emails section lets you set the Default Email Template that will be used as the default message for emails sent to recipients. In this section, you can format the message using the Toolbar. The Toolbar includes the font styling tools (e.g. Bold, Italicize, Underline), font styling remover, unordered list button, paragraph formatting tool, upload image tool, and source code button.
After updating the Default Email Template section, you can proceed and update the other sections or click Save Changes to save the updated default email template.
