View Recipients/Participants

When enabled, recipients/participants and quick link users will have access to the Activity tab wherein they can view the list of recipients/participants emails of the uploaded files.

View Activity

When enabled, recipients/participants and quick link users will be able to view the uploaded file's activities. However, this option is dependent and requires the enabled View Recipients/Participants permission.

Feedback & Approval

When enabled, the Feedback button will be activated allowing recipients/participants and quick link users to leave feedback/comments on the uploaded files.

In addition, the Approval feature will be activated wherein recipients and participants can approve/disapprove files.

Note: enabling Feedback & Approval will automatically enable both View Recipients/Participants and View Activity permissions.

Download Files

When enabled, the Download button will be activated allowing recipients/participants and quick link users to download the uploaded files.

Forward Files

When enabled, the Forward All Files and Share All Filles under the Options Menu will be activated. This allows recipients/participants and quick link users to forward and share all uploaded files.
