The Manage Permissions window allows you to define permissions for recipients/participants and quick link users. It also enables you to set default permissions by selecting the Save as default checkbox that can be found in the same window.
Setting default permissions will be applied to future send/share. However, you can still customise permissions for individual sent/shared files without making them the default permission settings.
To access the Manage Permissions window for both Send and Share features, follow the steps below:
New Share
- In the New Share page, find the Upload Summary option and click the ... button.
- Find and click the Feedback On/Off status to open the Manage Permissions window.
- Define the Permissions settings by selecting the appropriate Checkboxes under the Participants and Quick link columns.
- Select the Save as default checkbox to set this permission configuration as default.
- Click Save to save the permission settings.
- Continue uploading the files, complete the new share and add participants.
