Overview
In this article, you will learn how to use the Get Help, User Guides and Knowledge base options of the in-app Support feature. These options lets you access help articles and a channel to contact us via email. The sections below demonstrates the following:
- Getting Help
- Contacting us via e-mail
- Accessing the User Guides (Getting Started)
- Accessing the Knowledge base
Get Help
The Get Help option provides you help choices whether to search for articles, use suggestions or contact us to assist you with issues and concerns.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon.
- In the sub-menu, click Get Help. This opens the Help panel.
- In this panel, you can do the following operations:
- Search for help articles using the Search panel;
- Use the Top suggestions link for suggested articles or;
- Contact us using the Contact us button
Contact Us
The Get Help option's Contact Us link enables you to contact us via email. In this panel, you can specify your suggestions, concerns and attach files for us to review and resolve any issues you encountered.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon.
- In the sub-menu, click Get Help. This opens the Help panel.
- Click the Contact us button to open the Contact us panel.
- In this panel, you can specify the details of your concern/inquiries.
- The Your name and Email address* field values are automatically filled with your account details. If you want to edit this information, however, simply update the field.
- In the How we can help you?* field, enter your concern/inquiries. Specify the details of your inquiries like what you want to let us know, suggestions and/or errors with a detailed description (i.e. how it happened, when, what you did before it happened).
- To attach files (e.g. screenshots, documents, etc.), use the Attachment field. Drag and drop the file(s) in the field or click the field to open the File Location window and select the file that you want to attach.
- Click Send to submit your message.
User Guides
The User Guides option enables you to access the Getting Started category of the documentation from within the application itself.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click Get Help. This opens the Help panel.
- Click User Guides to open the Getting Started category of the documentation.
Knowledge Base
The Knowlege base option enables you to access the knowledge base from within the application itself.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click Get Help. This opens the Help panel.
- Click Knowledge base to open the documentation portal wherein you can search and view all help articles.
