Overview
The System Status option enables you to view the application's system status. This directs you to a page dedicated only to system statuses, metrics and incidents.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon.
- In the sub-menu, click Systems Status to open the System Status page. In this page, you can view the following:
- In addition, you can also subscribe to status updates using the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button.
System Status
The System Status section displays the overall status and the categorical statuses of the application that includes:
- Application and API servers
- Email Delivery System
- Regions
- Support
- Payment Gateway API
System Metrics
The System Metrics section displays the file tasks - time on queue and response time metrics of the application.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click Systems Status to open the System Status page.
- Scroll down and find the System Metrics section. In this section, you can view the File Task - Time on queue and Response Time metrics for all regions.
- To view the daily, weekly or monthly metric reports, click the Day | Week | Month links to view the appropriate reports.
Past Incidents
The Past Incidents section displays dates with or without incidents. If there are reported incidents for a particular date, it will appear in this section.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click System Status to open the System Status page.
- Scroll down and find the Past Incidents section. In this section, you can view the application's past incidents that include the following details:
- Cause of incident
- Description
- Status of the incident whether if it was resolved
View Incident History
The Incident History link directs you to the Incident History page. In this page, you can view all recorded incidents.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click System Status to open the System Status page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Incident History link to view the incident history.
- This opens the Incident History page which displays all incidents by month and year. To move the date, click <[Month/Year to Month/Year]> buttons.
Subscribing to Updates
The Subscribing to Updates button allows you to subscribe to updates based on your preferred notification channel. These channels empower you to choose the best channel for us to reach you when there are available updates.
- On the upper right corner of the app, find and click the Support icon. In the sub-menu, click System Status to open the System Status page.
- Find and click the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button. The Update Subscription dialog box expands, select your preferred notification channel:
- SMS Notification
- Support Site
- Atom Feed or RSS Feed
