How to Download Sent, Shared and Received Files

In this article, you will learn how to download sent, shared and received files. These methods are applicable to the three (3) previously named features. 

This quickstart guide is created to provide you a straightforward step by step instructions on how to download files in the Digital Pigeon features (i.e. Send, Share and Receive). For more information, see Download Sent, Shared and Received Files.

1. On the Sidebar Menu, click Send to open the Send page.
   • Note: in this example, we use the Send feature. This method is applicable to Send, Share and Receive Files.
2. Select the sent item that you want to open from the list in the left panel to open the sent file.
3. There are two (2) ways to download the file(s):
   • Single File Download: find the file that you want to download by clicking the File Name or using the Download (Cloud) icon in the File Preview page.
     • File Name
     • Download (Cloud) Icon
   • Download All Files: find and click the Download button. A Confirmation window will appear notifying you that the download has started and another confirmation when the download is completed. When downloading multiple files, it will be downloaded in a compressed folder (Zip File).
