Filtering which files are displayed

The File Filter Tool allows you to set a filter based on approval, downloads, feedback and starred files. Set a filter using this feature in addition to the active file view option and selected file order to find the file(s) more efficiently.

1. On the Sidebar Menu, click Send to open the Send page.
2. Select the sent item from the list in the left panel.
3. In the File View Options Toolbar, click the Filter File Upload icon and select the preferred filter:
   • No filter
   • Any Feedback
   • Approved/Declined
   • Approved
   • Declined
   • Downloaded
   • Not Downloaded
   • Starred
