The Create New Folder feature allows you to add folders to existing uploads. This feature is available to both Send and Share and enables you to manage and organize uploaded files.
- On the Sidebar Menu, click Send to open the Send page.
- Select the sent item that you want to open from the list in the left panel.
- In the File View Options, select File List to display files in a list.
- Note: the More Options (...) button is only available when the File List is enabled.
- In the Existing Folder, find and click the More Options (...) button to display the Create New Folder option.
- Note: once the New Folder is generated, the selected sent item will enter into Edit Mode which allows you to update the files. However, while in Edit Mode, some features (e.g. Download All) will be disabled until you save the changes by clicking Finish.
- Click Create New Folder to add a new folder. This will create a subfolder within the existing folder.
- You can rename the new folder and start organizing the files of the selected upload. See How to Rename Folders.
- After creating the folder, click Finish to save the changes.
- Note: once you clicked Finish, folders that are empty are removed. Only folders with files are saved once the upload is updated.
