Forgot Password and cannot login

If you have forgotten your password to your Digital Pigeon account and are unable to login you will need to reset your password. To begin go to the Digital Pigeon login page.

Step 1.

Once on the login page enter the email address for your account and click "Next"

Step 2.

After clicking "Next" you will be brought to a page where you can enter your password. Beneath that section you will see "Forgotten password?" and the option to click "Reset Password", click "Reset Password"

Step 3.

Next you will need to complete the reCAPTCHA and click "Send Instructions", which will send an email to your email address that contains a code required to reset your password.

Once you have completed the reCAPTCHA and clicked the "Send Instructions" button you should see a message stating "We've sent you an email with verification code to enter below"

Step 4.

Go the the inbox of the email address you use for your Digital Pigeon account. You should see an email with a subject along the lines of "Digital Pigeon reset password code: 419248" open that email and copy the code from it.

Step 5.

Return to the "Reset Password" page and enter the code along with your new password. It's Important you set a secure password that you can remember.

Step 6.

Finally click the "Update Password" button to change your password. If you have followed the steps correctly you should be presented with a message stating "You have successfully updated your password. You can now sign in.". Once at this stage you just need to log into Digital Pigeon like normal.
