The File View Options enable you to use the fullscreen mode and other features such as the View Preference (e.g. File List, Contact Sheet, etc.), Change Order of Files Displayed, and File Filtering option.
File Preview Page
The File Preview page enables you to view the file on a larger scale wherein additional actions and options are available. These options enable you to explore the selected file as well as communicate to recipients/participants through comments and approval/disapproval options.
In the Main file page, find the file that you want to preview and click its Preview icon. You will be directed to the File Preview page. In this page, you can do the following tasks:
- View file preview
- View File Details and Description
- Add/View Comments
- Add Markups
- Approve/Disapprove Files
- Define Submit Options
- View Help Sequence
- Copy Quicklink
- Download File
File Preview Toolbar and Navigation Tool
On the upper right part of the File Preview page, you can find the File Preview Toolbar wherein options for approving and disapproving files, copying quicklinks, download files, toggle star, and more options menu are found. The toolbar will enhance command accessibility as it serves as quick access to commands and options that are commonly used by users.
To approve the file using this toolbar, click the Approve file or the Check (✔) icon. After clicking the icon, your approval will appear in the Comments section as Approved.
To disapprove the file using this toolbar, click the Disapprove file or the X (x) icon. After clicking the icon, your disapproval will appear in the Comments section as Declined.To retrieve the file’s
To retrieve the file’s quicklink using this toolbar, click the Quicklink icon. Once you click the icon, a confirmation will appear indicating that the link is copied to the clipboard and is ready for pasting.
Download the file using the File Preview Toolbar by clicking the Download (cloud) icon. The selected file will be downloaded to your machine’s download folder.
Toggle Star
The Toggle Star lets you add the selected file as a favourite. When added as a favourite, you can easily search the file using the File Preview’s Filter option.
To access favourites, click the File Preview’s Filter option and select Starred in the Main File page. Starred files will appear first if the Starred filter is activated.
More Options Menu (...)
The More Options menu includes all the options above. Additional options/command may be included on this menu in the future.
The Help icon will initiate a contextual help for the current File Preview page. The context may depend on the selected permissions. [See Help Article]
The Navigation arrows are used to navigate or browse files within the selected send/share.
Lastly, the Close (X) icon will close the File Preview page and will redirect you to the Main window.
File Details, Description and Comments section
The File Details, Description, and Comments section displays the previewed file’s details and description. Comments by recipients, participants, and file owner can also be viewed within this section.
This section can be hidden using the Hide icon and can be expanded by clicking the Expand, Info, and Comments icon. With the expanded view, the File Details section displays the selected file’s information (i.e. Codec, Duration, Bit rate, etc.). Click the More/Less icon to expand or hide the file details.

The Description section displays the selected file’s description. File owners, recipients, and participants have the ability to add/update this feature.
Comment Field
The Comment field enables you to add comments to selected files. You can find this field under the selected file preview. In this field, you can add comments to the previewed file.
Markup
The Markup tool lets you mark or highlight parts of the previewed file wherein you can add instructions, questions, descriptions, and/or notes.
This feature enables you to indicate the start and end of the markup using the Markup section of the previewed file.
After adding the markup, you can use the Comment field to include your notes or instructions if needed. Click the Add Markup button to apply the markup.
Submit Options
The Submit Options menu provides options whether to instantly submit comments/markups or mix it with approval/disapproval of files and comments.
