If you encountered payment error issues, you may need to review your credit card information. This issue comes up as error messages Payment Failed or Payment Error. Check the Credit Card information that you entered into the system to resolve payment error issues.
- Open the Manage module on the Sidebar.
- Click the Subscription tab to view your existing payment method.
- Find the Payment details section and review the existing credit card details.
In this section, you can view the following details:- Credit Card: Note: only the last 4 digits are displayed for security purposes.
- Type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Number
- Expiration Date
- Billing Address
- Credit Card: Note: only the last 4 digits are displayed for security purposes.
- Click Update Card to update the credit card details and a form will display as shown below
- Enter the card number, expiry and CVC into the relevant fields. If entering a card number within the United States a postcode will also be required to verify the card.
- Click Save Changes to finish the process.
- The updated credit card will appear in the Payment details section.
