How do I change my subscription?

Digital Pigeon is very flexible in terms of subscription. Each plan that we offer is designed to meet your preferences and your needs. Check out the best plans that suit your needs by visiting our website's Plans page.

1. Open the Manage module on the Sidebar.
2. Click the Subscription tab to update your plan.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Current Plan: <Name of Plan> section, click Change Plan to update your subscription.
   
   
   
   
4. The Change plan section expands. In this section, you can view the (a) Available Plans, (b) Questions About Plans, and (c) On Demand Usage Pricing information.
   
   
   
   
5. Read the plan description to select the right plan for you. Click SELECT PLAN to select the preferred plan.
   
   
   
   
6. The Confirm plan choice window will appear. In this window, you can view the included features of the selected plan.
   
   
   
   
7. In the Billed field, click the drop down arrow to select the billing term preference:
   
   
   
   
   • Monthly
   • Yearly
     
     
8. Click Confirm to confirm the subscription change.
   
   
   
   
9. A Confirmation message will appear on the page indicating that you successfully changed your subscription.
